In this post, my goal is to give everyone of you a confidence and I hope after reading this Bluehost review post, you’ll stop searching for hosting services.

Why Bluehost is best hosting service?

BlueHost Review

In this Bluehost review post, I’ll discuss about the top 10 reasons on why Bluehost is the best hosting service.

The reason why I’m sharing 10 reasons on why you should go with Bluehost while It has unlimited goodies is that these are the things that you must know about Bluehost.

So, let’s dive in the details of it.

1. Most popular web hosting service:

Yup, they’ve became the most popular web hosting service in industry because of their superb performance.

Bluehost is one of the most popular web hosting service and it has been in the hosting business since 1996. They have more than 15 years of experience in web hosting industry.

Millions of websites are hosted on Bluehost and it is also millions of customer’s top choice.

More than 20 thousand websites are adding to the list every month. This shows that it is one of the most popular web hosting service on the net.

2. Most reliable web hosting service:

If we talk about the reliability of Bluehost service than to be honest I can say that I’ve been using Bluehost from since last 6 months. In this period of time I have never experienced any downtime or any other issue.

People were having some kind of problem with their website, but that was because of the problems of the servers, but now Bluehost also build their own servers.

I’ve been recommending it to everyone from quite sometime, now all of those people are thanking me for forcing them to go with Bluehost.

3. Adorable support:

When it comes to the customer support of any web hosting service, Bluehost is award winning 24/7/365 support available by easy to use ticket service, phone and email.

Their customer support is top notch and they’ve always been there for their customers. They also have a great Bluehost forum support where all of your questions will be answered.

Their support staff can give users assistance with virtually any facet of their hosting account at Bluehost. They’re also friendly and will answer all of users questions in friendly way.

Bluehost web hosting help center includes three types of service for It’s customers:

  1. Email support: Where you can open a support ticket with their technical team. They normally respond in 24 hours after looking for your issue.
  2. Phone Support: You can even call them directly, an agent will assist you over the phone.
  3. Live Chat support: Now this one is what I love the most. They’re online 24 hours to do a live Chat with their customers. If you have a quick question or need help right away, their live chat support is available to assist you in real time.

4. Affordable price:

Hosting your website or blog with Bluehost will be very affordable for everyone. They offers a single professional web hosting package, Bluehost discount which is only $4.95 per month which is very affordable price and makes them more competitive.

Other than the discount which they offer, you’ll also get a free domain name which will save of extra $10 which makes them most affordable hosting service in the industry.

If you buy 36 months package of Bluehost hosting, you’ll be charged $3.95/monthly which is the lowest hosting price on the internet.

5. Unlimited Services:

For only $4.95 a month they offers unlimited disk space, unlimited domain hosting, unlimited email accounts and unlimited data transfer which is the beauty of Bluehost.

Their unlimited services is another thing which makes me and all other bloggers love Bluehost hosting service.

One of the coolest thing about Bluehost that I’ve recently knows is that they backup your blog or website for free while you sleep, just for being their customer.

6. Master software support:

They supports all type of software that users use to build their web store, blog or any kind of website such as WordPress, phpBB, Joomla, Coppermine, Tikiwiki and many others.

If you want to build an E-commerce site, they even give you the E-commerce site share SSL certificates for free.

Website owners seeking extraordinary software support, So what other software name you know which I don’t? I’m sure they support that too.

7. Great server uptime:

The server uptime is one of the most essential feature that should be considered before choosing a hosting for your blog or website.

Why to consider it?

Here’s the deal:

A couple of months ago, I was using a local hosting for one of my blog. I got a good ranking for a keyword by spending months of hard work, than a few days later when Google bots were crawling my blog, the server of the hosting got down and I lost all my rankings.

Bluehost web hosting servers are up and running 99% of the time which is even higher than the industry standard and that is a great thing about Bluehost. They have a great record when it comes to server uptime.

8. Any time money back guarantee:

If in any case a user is unsatisfied with the service or performance of Bluehost web hosting service which I don’t think is possible, than they offer any time money back guarantee to everyone. There is no risk to take because Bluehost service is risk-free.

This is another feature which makes it different from all other hosting services because all other hosting services offers 45 0r 60 days money back guarantee, while Bluehost offers anytime.

9. Life easier feature:

The most important feature of Bluehost is that it will submit your website or blog to all search engines for free which is very time taken process if you do it manually.

That means it also saves you the money on paying search engine submissions to do it for you.

Other than search engine submission, project management script, social media script and forums scripts are plus features on Bluehost service.

10. Most recommended hosting:

The Bluehost is one of the most recommended web hosting service and millions of website owners from newbies to professionals are using and recommending it (including me) which shows that they used it and they’re happy with their services.

Most of the big names are recommending Bluehost as a hosting service because they’ve used it and are happy with it.

WordPress with Bluehost:

WordPress is the most popular, robust and free blogging platform that almost all top bloggers are using. With WordPress, you just need to pay for hosting.

You need to choose the best host for your WordPress in order to enjoy the blogging platform. When it comes to WordPress hosting, Bluehost is the best option because of It’s extra benefits such as latest version of Cpanel and Fantastico, which allows you to manage your WordPress.

With the help of latest version of Cpanel that Bluehost provides, you can easily install WordPress.

Final note on Bluehost review:

By now I hope that you’ve made your decision whether Bluehost is the right hosting for you and I also hope that this review helped you more than some of the others out there.

I personally recommend Bluehost web hosting for all WordPress bloggers because I know It’s best and I’ve had great experience with it.

You have written a nice review. I have 2 hosting which is hostgator and bluehost. and i could judge better difference between in these two. I am agree with your review that hostgator is used by many professional but according to my experience hostgator is best reason is instant support and easy to use.

      November 17, 2012 at 10:02 am #

Kamlesh, I haven’t used Hostgator so can’t say anything about it, but Bluehost really value their customers which makes me love them.

      Thanks for your comment.

Ehsan Ullah I am a big fan of Hostgator and using there services but after reading your review on Bluehost it looks like that this company is also very reputable and reliable.

    • Ehsan Ullah
      November 16, 2012 at 7:00 pm #

Hi Raja, Yup Bluehost is really a big and reputable company too, even more than Hostgator. They have 15 years of experience, while Hostgator started in 2002, that means It has been 10 years only.

      Thanks.

  26. November 16, 2012 at 5:50 pm #

Hi Ehsan, this post comes at the right time for me. Actually I am planning to shift my host from Godaddy right now. Godaddy is providing me a good service at the moment, but there is a problem which can’t be fixed by them. All the sites which have the same IP with mine cannot be accessed from few popular ISPs in India. This is happening from the last 4-5 months. I tried everything, contacted godaddy but I am out of luck. This is a strange issue, cannot even get the right solution from Google search. And it isn’t possible for me to contact all the ISPs in India. So I am guessing the problem has to do with Godaddy server/host. ISPs won’t block websites randomly. I can access the site from few ISPs including the Government Internet service like BSNL and MTNL. If I take Blue Host or Host Gator I will be getting a different IP, and there is a 100% chance that my site will work in all the ISPs. Do you have any idea about this problem? I would be really happy if you can shot me some ideas. Thanks.

    • Ehsan Ullah
      November 16, 2012 at 6:13 pm #

Ben, If you want to get rid of this problem than you have two ways for it. First is you should try to contact all the ISPs in India to check whether It will be accessed or not and the other way is to move to Bluehost from Godaddy. Actually I have never used Godaddy, but I had many friends using it, It always creates a new problem for webmasters and bloggers, by doing this you’ll be getting a different IP and your site will work plug you’ll be using a much better and reliable hosting too.

      • November 16, 2012 at 6:45 pm #

Thanks for your reply. So you meant to say that the problem has to do with the ISPs, and not with Godaddy? The problem is that it isn’t possible for me to contact all those 20-50 ISPs in different parts of India. This doesn’t make sense at all.

        • Ehsan Ullah
          November 16, 2012 at 6:58 pm #

No Ben, I don’t mean there’s a problem with the ISPs, I said there are two ways to solve this problem and those are trying all the ISPs or trying Bluehost. If It isn’t possible for you to contact with all those ISPs than you have to try everything to get rid of it, right? By everything I mean try to get different IP by trying Bluehost.

  27. November 16, 2012 at 4:18 pm #

Being a Fan of Blue Host,I can’t buy hosting from them due to the lack of resources(paypal etc)

    • Ehsan Ullah
      November 16, 2012 at 4:52 pm #

Well, It’s a big problem bro. But still you can hire someone to do it for you who has a Paypal account. I know a lot of people from Pakistan who has a Paypal account….

    • Ehsan Ullah
      November 15, 2012 at 10:39 pm #

Yup, I’m not saying Hostgator is bad. I’ve never used it tough! :)

      Thanks for stopping by Aswad

  29. November 15, 2012 at 9:44 pm #

Well personally… I am yet another fan of Hostgator, because I have found them really superior in their business, and very down to earth with their customers.

I normally love their uptime, service, and customer support. But recently changing’s in their company head makes the customer support really poor for some *at least I don’t like to wait for couple of minutes*

Believe me! I heard some horrible reviews regarding the BlueHost, and even experienced nightmare with them. But still after reading your review! I am confused whether to trust and try bluehost or not.

    • Ehsan Ullah
      November 15, 2012 at 10:41 pm #

Well, count my words for it Hamza. If you’ve never used it, than I suggest you try it for few months, you’ll forget Hostgator.

It has a lot of other features too which I didn’t mention in this post. I say It’s shared hosting is much better than Hostgator’s any plan. I’m not the only one recommending Bluehost! It has been used and recommended by some of the top bloggers like Pat Flynn, Blog Tyrant and even Darren Rowse.

Thanks for your comment BTW :)

      • November 20, 2012 at 2:49 pm #

I have already used it for year. I have used both their shared and VPS… at end only receive late words from their support that I have to shift my blog to new hosting service :)

Guess what? the VPS based running blog doing amazing work on HG shared :) So, I guess you should check out ;-)

        • Ehsan Ullah
          November 20, 2012 at 4:52 pm #

When it comes to support, Bluehost is the #1 bro. Hostgator is good too, but I’ve seen bloggers complaining about them many times.

  30. November 15, 2012 at 6:04 pm #

To my knowledge, Bluehost only provides, share web hosting. But they are the best along with Hostgator when it comes to experience and customer support. Thanks Ehsan this will help many to choose the right web host.

    • Ehsan Ullah
      November 15, 2012 at 6:50 pm #

Right Vineet, These two are the best hosting providers in the industry.

Well, It isn’t possible without your support bro. :) Please share it with your friends.

I have not used BlueHost before, but I have to say that the Calibre of bloggers I have seen promoting it speaks nothing of quality. Well done!

    • November 15, 2012 at 1:59 pm #

Yup, It is the most recommended hosting Yeremi!

BTW, Yeremi you’re with Hostgator right?

When trying to launch a blog/website, web hosting is something that is of a prime importance for its online existence. As far as my experience is concerned, BlueHost is the most cheap and reliable hosting. And if I am not wrong, whenever they have to carry out some maintenance, they do not take your website down (some others do), its only the cPanel that’s taken down (in lieu of maintenance) and your blog can be still accessed, so you don’t lose your visitors. Its a very reliable hosting service in this regard.

    Thanks for the review.

    • November 14, 2012 at 6:49 pm #

Well, I didn’t know about that thing Prathamesh, I’ve never seen them taking down their site while they’ve to carry some maintenance and I even didn’t know that other hosting providers do lol.

Thanks for adding value to my Bluehost review post bro.

      • November 14, 2012 at 8:51 pm #

I was previously on 000webhost, they did take down my site when they were carrying out maintenance.

        • November 14, 2012 at 9:24 pm #

Ohh sorry to hear this, That is why I hate those hosting provider.

So now? Are you with Bluehost now or with any other hosting service?

          • November 14, 2012 at 9:54 pm #

            I am on HostGator now.

Good for you Prathamesh, What do you think in Hostgator is better than Bluehost?

  34. November 14, 2012 at 3:21 pm #

Good review of Blue Host. No doubt that they are the best in the industry. I don’t use them as I am using Hostgator but if I was not then, Blue Host would be the one to go for.

    • November 14, 2012 at 4:20 pm #

Hey Shalu, Why are you still with Hostgator? Is there any reason better in Hostgator that you think beats Bluehost?

      • November 19, 2012 at 4:16 pm #

Ehsan, I have’t used the other one so I can’t compare. But I guess they must be equally good as each other.

          Hmm! :)

  35. November 14, 2012 at 3:11 pm #

Woow Ehsan, a long review that I’d love if I was thinking about getting blog hosting. If you had to pick one reason BlueHost beats out HostGator, what would it be Ehsan? I’ll admit I respect both of them a lot.

    • November 14, 2012 at 4:14 pm #

Thank you Greg, I too love both of these hosting providers, but when it comes to compare Bluehost with Hostgator, my votes goes for Bluehost because I’ve seen many bloggers moving to Bluehost from Hostgators.

There are a lot of goodies, but If I had to pick only one reason Bluehost beats Hostgator is It’s customer support.

  36. November 14, 2012 at 2:45 pm #

That’s an unbiased review of Blue host Ehsan :)

Great to see you’re writing for the sake of readers. I’ve never used it, but heard blue host is used by many professionals.

And I suggest any new blogger to invest money on hosting to succeed online, after all, blogging is a business!

    • November 14, 2012 at 3:18 pm #

Ohh thanks Rahul, Glad you liked my review of Bluehost and I hope this is what you would definitely want to let your friends know about.

Bluehost has been great for many professionals like The Ramsay of Blog Tyrant who always suggests his readers to go with Bluehost.

      Thanks for your suggestion Rahul.

  37. November 14, 2012 at 6:45 am #

Bluehost is not newbie friendly in the sense that if one has little money and wants to pay monthly then there is no option for that. That’s the only reason I did not go for it. Otherwise bluehost is a great deal

    • November 14, 2012 at 8:40 am #

George, the monthly payment will be even more costly, Instead I would suggest everyone buy 36 months package ones, It will cost $4.96/monthly.

      • November 14, 2012 at 1:34 pm #

Yes in the long run its cheaper but then as a newbie blogger we look for the cheapest solutions the most affordable ones.

        • November 14, 2012 at 1:42 pm #

Yup, It’s the cheapest and most affordable for everyone.

    • February 17, 2013 at 11:05 pm #

Bluehost allows monthly, it is like $6.95 monthly vs the much cheaper rate if you buy annually though.

        February 18, 2013 at 3:01 pm #

Thanks for adding Justin, everyone can afford to pay $6.95/monthly to the best hosting service.

Goerge, I think you’re keeping yourself busy with your Bluehost review niche blog?

  38. November 14, 2012 at 6:23 am #

Let me know your experience about Hostgator and Bluehost both ok?

  41. November 14, 2012 at 3:57 am #

I use BlueHost myself and am generally very happy with the service, I always recommend getting a dedicated IP address which I have as well.

    • November 14, 2012 at 4:20 am #

Hey Justin, great to see you here.

Really happy to hear it from you, what’s your experience regarding It’s shared hosting?

      • February 17, 2013 at 11:05 pm #

In 3 years there was 1 denial of service attack against another site which affected mine but this was before I switched to dedicated IP to assist with isolation. Overall not bad at all.

          February 18, 2013 at 3:06 pm #

GOOD actually when it comes to compare with some of the other hosting companies out there – I always see people complaining about the server and other problems of their hosting.

Can you guess how much monthly pageviews a shared hosting of Bluehost can afford?

          • February 18, 2013 at 3:14 pm #

This can be stretched considerably if you use W3 Total Cache and something like MaxCDN and Incapsula which I do which server all cached content from the cloud so it doesn’t come from hosting provider. With all of these I can usually get spikes of 4000-5000 visits per day without much issue. I would say with these 3 you probably can get to 200k to maybe 300k unique visits per month without having to consider migrating to dedicated or shared hosting. Without any caching I can see problems at around 50k-100k but mostly it comes from how many concurrent connections you would have, plugins…etc. A very light weight blog with low plugins and mostly plain text can serve more traffic due to less overhead.

Hi Ehsan, we had a discussions in the Blog Engage Facebook group about hosts and this one was very popular amongst our blogging members. I seen a lot of people in the group mentioning and suggestion them as hosting providers.
