The truth of the matter is, starting a blog is one of the simplest of all internet tasks. There are numerous guides online that specify the technical aspects of starting a blog. This guide will be a bit different. We are not going to focus on the technical components of a blog. Instead, this guide will provide you with simple and effective techniques on how to start a blog today that will results in years of financial success.
I agree with you Tamara, there are tons of guide on the internet that helps to start a blog, but I tried to make it simple by broking it into chapters in my eBook too which you can download from the community page.

To be perfectly honest, there is no shortcut to building a successful blog. Setting up a blog is easy, and fast, but to make it popular and able to earn good income, there’s just no cutting corners. For beginners though, there is one way of making the process faster, and that’s by preventing any mistakes that lengthen the period in achieving success and learning how to start a blog page properly.
I agree with you Tamara, I have written a post on “Why do bloggers fail” too where I’ve mentioned all the mistakes that bloggers are making. I guess all those successful bloggers are here just to let newbies know about the mistakes which they made at first.

i think WordPress is a true blessing for bloggers across the globe. I can’t imagine blogging with wordpress, it makes it so easy that anyone and everyone can start a blog today. But sustaining that is not easy and getting traffic part is toughest for all, no matter what is said about it.

YEah, As you said It’s never too late to learn. I also did a lot of mistakes when I started this blog and when I realized my mistakes, I tried to avoid those, but I didn’t quit blogging.
I have been writing for other people’s blogs and websites for quite some time now but I am just about to start my own personal blog in a few weeks. And although my hubby is a developer and all-around internet ninja I do not want to be constantly relying on him. So I try to learn as much as I can on my own. This post has been very helpful to me. Good tips with sorted links, it is a better way to understand entering into blogging, because mostly newbies start their blog without having this knowledge you have provided on this page. So they get into troubles after a while and then searching for information like this…
